Infinix Mobile today announced the Zero 5 and Zero 5 Pro smartphones at a launch event in Dubai. The smartphones are priced at Rs 17,999 and Rs 19,999 respectively. Both smartphones will be available exclusively via Flipkart starting November 22 at 12PM. Zero 5 will be available in color choices of Champagne Gold, Sandstone Black, and Bordeux Red. The Zero5 Pro, on the other hand, will be available in only Bronze Gold Black color.
The USP of the Infinix Zero 5 is its dual-camera setup at the back, which the company claims makes it the ‘real dual-camera smartphone’ in India. It is equipped with a 12-megapixel wide angle lens along with a 13-megapixel telephoto lens which helps achieve DSLR-like bokeh effects, and 2X optical zoom.

Both smartphones feature virtual Android controllers up front and a fingerprint sensor at the back. It flaunts a 5.98-inch full HD JDI display with 2.5D curved glass. It is crafted in full metal unibody. Under the hood, runs MediaTek Helio P25 MT6757 clocked at 2.6GHz. For graphics, there is Mali-T880 GPU.

The Zero 5 includes 6GB of RAM with 64GB of internal storage, whereas the Zero 5 Pro comes with 6GB of RAM with 128GB of internal storage.
For optics, there’s a dual-camera setup with 12-megapixel wide-angle lens (Sony IMX386 sensor), along with a 13-megapixel telephoto lens. Camera features include wide-angle, portrait mode, pro mode, 2X optical zoom and 10X digital zoom. Up front, there is a 16-megapixel sensor with f/2.0 aperture with beauty mode and bokeh mode. 
Fueling the smartphone is a 4,350mAh battery with Type-C port, supported with fast charging technology. For software, the phone runs Android Nougat-based XOS 3.0. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 4.2, OTG, 4G VoLTE, 3.5mm headphone jack, 2 dual micro card slot along with one dedicated microSD card slot for storage expansion.
