Tesla powerbank comes integrated with a micro USB and Lightning USB cable.
Elon Musk-owned Tesla is known for its fleet of electric vehicles. Just last week Tesla made headlines with the launch of its electric Semi truck, and also the unveiling of its sports car, the Roadster. Making things slightly more attainable, Tesla has now launched a powerbank which is compatible with both Android and iOS devices. Tesla powerbank is priced at $45 which roughly translates to approximately Rs 3,000.
Tesla powerbank has a compact design, and doesn’t look bulky like most powerbanks do. It has the iconic TESLA engraving in the front while the body is wrapped in black color with red borders. These borders are actually detachable micro USB cables. Tesla powerbank comes with an integrated USB port, and an Apple lightning and detachable micro USB. You can pull the USB cables from each side and charge your devices.
In terms of dimensions, Tesla powerbank measures 108 x 30.5 x 23.3 mm. This device has been designed and inspired by Tesla’s supercharger monument at the Tesla Design Studio. Even the box in which the powerbank comes in has a very sleek design showcasing the company’s standard of offering appealing products.
The company says that the powerbank is equipped with high-efficiency circuitry to deliver maximum battery capacity. There’s also a charge status indicator on the powerbank. The powerbank is fueled by a 3,350mAh battery which is a single 18,650 cell. Tesla powerbank is available only in the US as of now. It is currently available for purchase from the company’s official website.
Speaking of Tesla’s most recent unveiling, the electric Semi truck other than boasting an enormous build comes with a gigantic windshield and two screens on either side. Tesla’s Semi truck also features a center-mounted seat, has a turn signal and gear lever like the new Model 3. Tesla’s Roadster is claimed to be the “quickest car” with speed capabilities of reaching 0 to 60 Miles Per Hour (mph) in 1.9 seconds, and 0 to 100 mph in just 4.2 seconds.
