Infinix Zero 5 will go on sale exclusively via Flipkart in India.
Infinix has sent out media invites for a launch event in Dubai on November 14 where it will be launching a new smartphone, called Zero 5. The company has kept details under wraps, however, according to a teaser video put up on Twitter, the smartphone will be exclusive to Flipkart in India.
According to GSMarena, the smartphone will go on sale towards the end of this month. Additionally, an IANS report states that the Infinix Zero 5 will be priced under Rs 20,000. Talking about the USP of the phone, it is expected to come with a bezel-less display, and dual-camera setup at the back. Notably, the smartphone is said to be the first full-screen smartphone from the company with a display aspect ratio of 18:9.

The report further claims that the smartphone will come with 6GB of RAM, and an expandable internal storage of up to 128GB. The camera, which is also one of the USPs of the phone, is expected to sport a combination of telephoto lens and wide-angle lens. Rumors also suggest that the smartphone will flaunt a metal unibody design, and come with various color options including deep blue and red.
In India, the company had last launched the Hot 4 Pro and Note 4 smartphones priced at Rs 7,499 and Rs 8,999 respectively. The Infinix Note 4 features a 5.7-inch full HD (1080p) display, MediaTek MT6753 octa-core processor, and 3GB RAM. In the photography department, the Note 4 features a 13-megapixel rear camera with PDAF, dual-LED flash and an 8-megapixel camera up front. It is fueled by a 4,300mAh battery.
The Hot 4 Pro, on the other hand, comes with a 5.5-inch HD (720p) display, a MediaTek MT6737 quad-core processor, 13-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front-facing camera, and a 4,000mAh battery.
